I ship all of my products Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. I have found that this is the fastest and most economical way to ship. Since many of my products are made with all natural ingredients, it is important that they reach their destination quickly and efficiently. You will have a choice of shipping with a priority flat rate envelope or a priority flat rate box. I can fit 8 bars of soap or 7 bars plus some lip balms or lotion bars into an envelope. Please note that if you use this option there may be some cosmetic damage to the bars or the tins as this option does not allow for insulated packing. It is not the preferred shipping option, but it will save money on shipping. I will ship the lowest cost priority shipping and you will be charged only for the actual shipping cost. There are no additional packaging or handling fees. There are no refunds. I will send a replacement of the same product if I find that your complaint is valid. In order for your complaint to be valid it must be made within 15 days of receiving your shipment and I will try to determine the cause of the complaint and examine the remaining inventory to establish that it was a product failure and not a storage issue. Since the products are handcrafted you can expect to see product variation and color changes over time. Proper storage is essential. Store all products in a cool, dry and dark location. I will not give refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivity issues, however if you do have a problem and you need help determining what may have caused it, please let me know. I list all of the ingredients so if you have any known allergies or sensitivities read through the ingredients carefully.
