Tip of the Month
January has always been one of the hardest months for me. I am always very busy restocking after the Christmas season and with the shortened days, particularly here in the north, I don't get enough sun. This year I have made a point of getting exercise every day and enjoying at least some time outside. Even though it's hard some days, it has made a wonderful difference. I hope it helps you, too.
